Orders, Shipping, Payments, and Promotions
1. Orders
- Doable Diapers primarily sells items that we have in-stock.
- There are a few items in which we do not carry inventory.
- Sometimes we will run out of a particular color, size, or closure of a regularly stocked item.
- These out-of-stock items may still be purchased on the website with the understanding that they will take longer to ship. It usually takes less than a week for us to get most items from the manufacturer. Items excluded: Rockin' Green, FuzziBunz (in most instances), bumGenius, and Flip products.
- Any in-stock items that are on your order will ship immediately, and there will be no additional shipping fee for delayed items (excluding Rockin' Green, FuzziBunz, bumGenius, and Flip products).
- In the event that you order an out-of-stock item from Rockin' Green, bumGenius, or Flip we will contact you as to whether or not we can obtain the item, and the estimated time frame.
- Items that we do not carry in-stock are noted in the product description. Regular inventory items will display the number that is in-stock for each color, size, or closure.
- In the rare case that we cannot obtain an out-of-stock item which you have purchased, we will contact you and find a way to resolve the issue (either by substitution, refund, or taking a little longer to fulfill your order).
- Doable Diapers will send a receipt to you at the e-mail address you have provided.
2. Shipping
- Doable Diapers ships to the United States, Canada, and internationally. However, free shipping and free shipping special coupons only apply to the United States. For orders outside of the United States, international shipping rates apply. Please understand that international orders will take longer to arrive.
- Doable Diapers is pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic US orders. Free shipping excludes Rockin' Green products, but shipping costs have been added to the list price for these products.
- Doable Diapers is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Items that are lost or damaged in transit are not our responsibility. Shipping insurance and/or confirmation is available upon request for an extra fee. Please email info@doablediapers.com if you would like these shipping options.
- We ship Monday through Friday. We will do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Orders received after 2p.m. on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays, will ship on Monday mornings. Your order should arrive in 2-5 business days.
- For local customers in New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan, and Bronx) we are pleased to offer free shipping on any size order, excluding full size detergents.
- Doable Diapers ships via USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Post, and Priority Mail. The speed of shipping selected is at our discretion. Please contact us in advance if you require a different shipping method.
- We are unable to ship bumGenius, Flip, and Rumparooz/Kanga Care products outside of the United States.
3. Payment
- Orders can be placed through the Doable Diapers website at
www.doablediapers.com. - Acceptable payment methods are Paypal, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards must be processed via the Paypal website.
- New York state sales tax applies to all New York orders, at a rate of 8.875%.
Note: Doable Diapers reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order for any reason after submission.
4. Sales, Specials, & Coupon Codes
- Promotional offers apply only to in-stock items, and are offered "while supplies last."
- Coupon code offers, sales, and specials apply to new orders only. Previous and pending orders cannot be discounted.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
1. Cancellations
- You may cancel any order before it ships for a full refund (in the manner in which you paid).
- If you wish to cancel your order please contact Doable Diapers immediately.
2. Returns
- All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
- We will gladly accept returns for new, unopened, unused, and unwashed products only. You will receive a refund in the manner in which you paid, or you may choose store credit. The refund amount will be for the amount you paid including tax, and less shipping costs.
- If you need to return an item please contact Doable Diapers. You will then need to ship the item back to Doable Diapers. We will determine if the item is indeed in new condition, and eligible for return/refund.
- You, the buyer, assume all responsibility for return shipping costs.
- Your refund will be issued after the product is received by Doable Diapers and deemed to be eligible for return.
3. Defective or Missing Items
- Doable Diapers will make every effort to insure that your order is complete and not missing any items. In the event that an item is missing, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter.
- Please contact Doable Diapers immediately if you feel that you have received a damaged item.
- Most items have a limited manufacturer's warranty which will replace the damaged item.
- Manufacturer's warranties are void if you have not followed the recommended care procedures.

Doable Diapers respects your privacy. The information that you provide to us will be used to process your order and contact you with any concerns. We will never sell your information or disclose it to other parties. The payment information you provide through the Paypal website is secure.
Product Care & Cautions
- All products (diapers, wipes, wet bags, etc.) should be washed at least once before wearing/use.
- Inspect your new products from Doable Diapers upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns regarding defects.
- All items purchased from Doable Diapers are to be used for intended purposes only. Doable Diapers is not responsible for any damage (physical, property, or other) which may result from improper use of items purchased from Doable Diapers.
